NIHAO MART aims to publish accurate prices, variants, stock and delivery expectations. Obvious errors may require order confirmation or correction before fulfillment.
Orders
Submitting a checkout creates an order request. NIHAO MART may contact the customer to confirm availability, sourcing timing, delivery charge or other order details before dispatch.
Payments
Cash on Delivery is active in checkout. Manual bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers use the verified accounts shown on the Payment Details page and are confirmed after NIHAO receives the order number and transaction details. Customers must never share a PIN or OTP.
Coupons & promotions
Coupon eligibility, minimum spend, discount cap, validity period and usage limits are verified by the order system. A code that is invalid, expired or no longer eligible will not be applied.
Reviews
Product review submission is restricted to signed-in customers with a delivered purchase for that product. Reviews may be moderated for relevance, abuse or prohibited content before publication.
