Ready-stock products show their estimated delivery window on the product page. Final timing depends on the delivery address and courier handoff.
China-sourced products
Items marked “Sourced from China” have a separate sourcing timeline. The expected timeframe is shown on the product listing and should be confirmed before the order is processed.
Delivery charge
The current checkout does not invent a flat delivery fee. The delivery charge is confirmed from the customer’s address before dispatch. Once NIHAO MART finalizes courier rates, exact automated charges can replace this notice.
Order tracking
After checkout, customers receive an NIHAO MART order number. Use that number with the checkout phone number on the Track Order page.
