Guest checkout uses the customer’s name, phone number, district, area, delivery address, optional order note and purchased item details to process and support an order.
Cart data
The cart is stored on the customer’s own device until checkout. Submitted orders are stored in NIHAO MART’s order system.
Service providers
Delivery and payment partners may need the minimum information required to provide their service once those integrations are activated.
Contact & retention
Formal privacy contact details and operational retention periods should be added when NIHAO MART confirms its business support channel and record-retention policy.
