Information used for orders
Guest checkout uses the customer’s name, phone number, district, area, delivery address, optional order note and purchased item details to process and support an order.
Cart, wishlist & account data
The cart stays on the customer’s own device until checkout. Signed-in profiles, wishlists and account-linked orders are stored securely with account-based access controls.
First-party store analytics
NIHAO MART records basic first-party events such as page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts and completed orders using a random session identifier. This analytics flow does not intentionally store names, phone numbers, email addresses or advertising-tracker identifiers.
Support messages
When a customer uses the support form, the submitted name, phone, optional order number and message are stored so NIHAO MART can review and resolve the request.
Service providers
Delivery and payment partners may need the minimum information required to provide their service once those integrations are activated.
